The range is open to the public on Sunday afternoons from 12:00pm to 5:00pm; their full operating schedule is posted on their website.  A mandatory safety course/orientation must be completed prior to using the range.  Please check their website for additional information.

The Suburban Pistol League has been conducting NRA Bullseye matches for more than 50 years.  The league was home to several teams over those years, currently consisting of four: Newark Rifle and Pistol Club, Suburban Lawman, Union County Pistol Team, and Tri-Caliber Rifle and Pistol Club.


The Suburban Pistol League is open to all people wishing to shoot .22 bullseye.


While the follows NRA rules and regulations for matches, we shoot for fun and the enjoyment of the sport.

November 1, 2024


Next Wednesday, the 6th, will be the last match of the season.  We will have a bench rest .22 rifle match AFTER our regular .22 pistol match.


It will be approximately 20 rounds. You can use sandbags, or rolled up towels, etc. (NO MACHINE RESTS; no clamping/attachments allowed)  Bring a pen/pencil to mark your targets.
 

There will be no meet on Wednesday, November 13th.


The Annual Turkey shoot will be held on Wednesday, November 20th... RAIN OR SHINE!

Please note the new range policy:

As per instructions from the Sheriff's Department, we need to be at the gate no later than 7:30pm and we will all enter together.  After this initial entrance, the gate will be closed and NOT re-opened.

We all need to stay until our matches are concluded and clean up completed since we all need to leave together at the end of the night.

This will be the policy moving forward.
